Applications are currently ongoing at the University College Dublin for a fully funded PhD Scholarships in Ireland. The programme is designed for Students from all countries of the world.

Brief Description:

Four-year PhD scholarships are provided for students to study at the Spatial Dynamics Lab, University College Dublin. Each PhD project will be combined a selection of deductive and inductive research method. Applicants with a background in economic geography, economics, sociology, management studies, statistics, science & technology studies, computer sciences, or related engineering/science disciplines are encouraged to apply.

The Scholarshp is designed for International Students pursuing their PhD programme.

Subject:

Students pursuing degrees in Technology Evolution in Regional Economies or Applicants with a background in economic geography, economics, sociology, management studies, statistics, science & technology studies, computer sciences, or related engineering/science disciplines are encouraged to apply

Scholarship Benefits:

The Scholarship is worth €31,500/£28,000 per annum

This scholarship is open to everyone. both local and International Students are welcomed.

Eligibility:

In order to be considered for scholarship, you need to have:

  • Knowledge and strong interest in theories of innovation and technological change
  • Background in research, and experience in analysis methods
  • Excellent scientific writing and planning skills in English
